All dogs must have full and up to date vaccinations certificates, including for kennel cough. Proof will be requested. 

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal showing signs of ill-health upon arrival.

In the event where an owner has failed to collect their dog(s), 7 full days (including weekends) after the agreed departure date, we reserve the right to sign the dog(s) over to the care of West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue, after a reasonable attempt to contact the owner. Once the dog(s) have been signed over to West Wales Poundies care, they will not be returned to the original owner, if the owner should get in contact.

Prices are by the day. On the day of departure, if you collect your dog before 12pm (midday), there will be no daily charge. 

Collection after midday incurs the daily charge.
